Macalester College sophomore Maria Blaesing (Munster, Ind./Munster) has qualified for the mile, at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships, announced by the NCAA Sunday night. Nationals will take place at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C., on March 11-12. Blaesing is one of 20 entrants selected to race in the event.
