Sophomore Maria Blaesing (Munster, Ind./Munster) placed 16th at the MIAC Championships on October 30, earning recognition as All-MIAC honorable mention. She was one place shy of making all-conference. Blaesing's finish helped the Scots to a 6th place finish at the Championships. Blaesing has been Macalester's top runner in four out of the five races so far this season.
