Women's Cross Country: Scots head to St. Kate's to face top competitionPublished by
On Tap Macalester women's cross-country will head to St. Catherine University on Saturday, Oct. 11 to take part in the St. Kate's Invite to begin at 11 a.m. Meet DetailsSaturday's meet will take place on the campus of St. Kate's, with the 4k course finishing on the South end of campus near the softball and soccer complex. The Scots will be up against four top ranked teams in the region including: 2nd ranked St. Thomas, 4th ranked St. Ben's and 6th ranked Luther College. Macalester currently hold a 7th place ranking on the regional charts. Some of the top women in the region and nation are slated to compete including: St. Thomas's Erin Statz who earned National Cross-Country Runner of the Week honors previously this season and Tricia Serres of Luther who has received multiple All-American nods.
